How Information Is Collected: Personal Information is collected through client intake forms

submitted via our official website and volunteer registration forms completed during onboarding.

Purpose of Collection: We collect and use Personal Information exclusively for the following

purposes:

• To schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.

• To maintain accurate internal records related to services and volunteer participation.

Data Sharing and Disclosure: Eve Center does not disclose, sell, lease, or share Personal

Information to or with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile

opt-in and consent data is never shared with any party for any reason.

Volunteer Conduct and Communication: To preserve confidentiality and uphold professional

boundaries, Volunteer Peer Counselors are required to:

• Use text messaging and email solely for scheduling or rescheduling appointments.

• Refrain from using electronic communication for counseling purposes.

• Avoid engaging with clients on social media platforms (e.g., not “friending,” “following,”

or “liking” clients)

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client-related information.

Communication Preferences and Opt-Out Rights: Individuals may opt out of receiving email

communications at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link included in our emails. Eve Center

does not send SMS (text) messages unless initiated by the individual. All SMS communications

are conducted on a one-to-one basis; bulk or mass text messaging is never used.

Access, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information: Individuals may request to access,

account-related purposes.

• Acknowledge that message frequency varies and that standard message/data rates may

apply.
