Cincinnati Assistant Site Manager/Training Coordinator – Holly McFadden

holly@evecenter.org

Holly serves as the Assistant Site Manager at the Cincinnati location and as the Training Coordinator for the Eve Center.

Her involvement with the Eve Center began in 2017 when she completed VPC training. She then volunteered, providing one-on-one counseling and facilitating ROSE groups. After a brief time away, Holly returned in 2019 to join the staff as Site Supervisor. She later took on the additional role of Recovery Groups Manager before stepping into her current positions.

Although her background began in the arts—earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater—Holly always felt drawn toward mental health and supporting others. She now recognizes how her personal experiences and struggles have equipped her for the meaningful work she does today. She considers it both an honor and a blessing to witness (DAILY!) God’s healing, restoration, and transformation in the lives of the women who come to the Eve Center.

Holly is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive enviroment where every woman feels seen, encouraged, and never alone. She is grateful to be part of a community grounded in God’s hope and restoration.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and being outdoors in the sunshine—whether hiking, biking, kayaking, or relaxing by a fire.

“Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous hand.” Isaiah 43:10

“Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.” Psalm 91:1&4
